The Anti-Hate Reporting Tool, formerly the Human Rights Reporting Tool, is just a new name, with the same goal of addressing discrimination, harassment, and hate with in our Catholic learning communities and beyond.
While the goal is to have all students, families, and staff report concerns directly to school staff or supervisors, we know that comfort in reporting will vary. It is critical that everyone has a safe and anonymous way to report incidents involving hate and/or human rights violations.
If you have experienced and/or witnessed incidents of discrimination, harassment, hate activity and/or bullying that involve a member(s) of the ALCDSB community (i.e., students, staff members, families), click the link below to file a report.

While the tool is anonymous, you have the option to identify yourself.
By filling out the form, you are helping us understand what is happening in our school communities, so we can plan steps to address these concerns.
We are incredibly grateful for your support in helping us protect the human dignity of all members of the ALCDSB.
